What is your Return / Exchange policy?
We are very confident of the quality of our lashes. If the lashes you ordered are not correct styles or damaged, Please contact us within 30 days after you receive the parcel. and we will gladly help you replace it  (Vandalism is not acceptable).

1.All unused items in original condition are eligible for a full refund within 30 day of purchase. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
2.Items returned which are not in new and resellable condition are not accepted.
3.If you suspect your package was lost or damaged during transit, please email us hello@lasholic.com and we’ll be happy to help.


When will i receive my refund ?
We will do our best to take care of your refund ASAP. Normally once you update the tracking information of the returned parcel on Paypal, we will start the refund proceed.
